When will I receive my order?

Usually, our warehouses ship orders within three business days after validation. Once shipped, it should take between 5 and 20 business days for your package to arrive at your address.

However, during periods of high demand (end of year holidays, strikes, etc.), shipping may take up to 6 days.

Where are the Hello Lionceau offices?

Two of the three founders of the brand live in Nantes in the West of France, so this is where the main headquarters was established. We do not design the objects ourselves. Our suppliers are based internationally (mainly Asia).

What to do in the event of an incomplete order?

You may receive your order in different packages, as we work with different manufacturers who may ship your products separately. Don't worry if you don't receive everything at once!

The average delivery time for our products is 5 to 20 business days. Some packages may take a little longer to arrive.

However, if you still have not received your order after 35 working days, we will issue you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.

To report an item not received, do not hesitate to contact us .

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process the orders you place as quickly as possible, usually within 2 hours.

Therefore, you have 2 hours from the time you placed your order to contact us if you wish to cancel or change your order.

After this period, your items will already be being shipped and unfortunately we will no longer be able to make any changes to your order.

What should I do if one of the products in my order is defective or damaged?

Although we select our suppliers and carriers with the greatest care, it sometimes happens that a product arrives damaged.

If this is the case, or if you encounter a defect, please contact us at info@hellolionceau.com providing the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem encountered (incorrect/defective item, etc.)
  • A photo or video illustrating the problem

We will get back to you as soon as possible and reimburse you directly for the amount of your order in the form of a voucher.

Who designs the Hello Lionceau collections?

For us, transparency is important. We do not manufacture the products we sell ourselves. We choose our suppliers carefully, testing each product before offering it for sale. Over the months, we have built special relationships with these suppliers. We provide their creations with visibility on the French market, while they guarantee fast and careful shipments as well as previews of their new products. However, we do not have an exclusivity contract with our partners. You can therefore find some of our products from other sellers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods on our online store: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Cards.
